Hi, I’m Kameica Hart…
… a passionate real estate professional, community advocate, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. As the founder of Hart4Homes LLC, powered by Platinum Realty, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. After becoming a homeowner at just 20 years old, I was inspired to guide others toward the pride and stability that owning a home brings.
In addition to being a full-time Realtor, I’m also the founder of Hart2ServeU Mobile Notary LLC. For over a decade, I’ve worked as a Notary Signing Agent, providing clients with the convenience of notarizing documents like HELOCs, refinances, living wills, and closing paperwork wherever they need—whether at home, the office, a hospital, or a local coffee shop. This role has honed my attention to detail, organizational skills, and expertise in real estate documents. These skills set me apart from other agents, as I can confidently guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the intricacies of their transactions with clarity and professionalism.
I am both a residential and commercial agent, licensed in Missouri and Kansas, and I’m passionate about helping my clients find not just their dream home but also the ideal commercial lease space or building to lease or purchase. Whether you’re looking for a home, a commercial space, or need assistance with real estate transactions, I provide expert support tailored to your specific needs.
Beyond real estate, I’m deeply committed to community service. As a Real World Learning Business Partner, I’ve volunteered to teach high school students in Kansas City about consumer finance and the process of renting, buying, and selling homes, earning the Real World Learning Business Partner & Educator Award.
I’m also honored to have been recognized as a United Way Volunteer of the Year Nominee for my work as a CASA volunteer and advocate, supporting children in need. Additionally, I serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and the Hickman Mills Neighborhood Association, where I contribute to initiatives that strengthen and uplift the community.
Furthermore, I’m an active member of several KCRAR (Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors) committees, including the Grievance Committee, Professional Standards, Citation Committee, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. These roles allow me to uphold fairness and equity within the real estate industry.
At my core, I believe in building relationships that last a lifetime. My mission is to make your real estate experience as seamless as possible—whether you’re buying, selling, leasing, or investing. Let’s work together to turn your real estate dreams into reality!
